I’m Ildikó Horváth, a Pilates and Yoga instructor, spine trainer, Fitmummy pre- and postnatal rehabilitation trainer, and Yumeo therapist.

Movement has always played an important role in my life. I started with karate, which I practiced regularly for 20 years, and over time I gradually turned toward gentler forms of movement. In 2012, after attending a trial class, I fell in love with Pilates — and that’s when it became clear to me that I didn’t just want to practice it, but teach it as well.

Since then, I’ve continued to expand my knowledge, always seeking new areas that support my own development and contribute to the well-being of my clients. Prevention, building body awareness, and maintaining spinal health are especially important to me.

I discovered Yumeiho massage while dealing with a personal health issue — and because it proved to be extremely effective, I decided to learn it so I could help others relieve and eliminate hip-related pain. My primary goal is to support people in preserving and restoring their health. Every movement method I teach is aimed at improving posture, joint health, and spinal function, contributing to better well-being, more energetic everyday life, and a more balanced quality of life.

At Bloom Fitness, I teach Pilates, senior training, and pre- and postnatal personal and group sessions. My classes take place in a pleasant, supportive, and inspiring atmosphere, and I lead personal training with full attention and individual tailoring so every client can experience the joy of movement, the feeling of progress, and a balanced body–mind connection.
