Human kinesiologist, personal trainer
I’m Kata Alkonyi, a human kinesiologist and personal trainer. I spend all my free time in nature and in the mountains — that’s where I regain my strength and energy, and movement is always part of that. I find it important that my days also include moments of calm and solitude. I’m interested in science and enjoy using it as a tool when we’re looking for answers to emerging questions. I love being socially active, and I like to handle the tougher moments with a sense of humor.
Throughout my life, I’ve often found myself in situations where movement helped me get through difficult times. No matter what type of training it is, I believe it has a multifaceted impact on how our body functions and supports us. I want to show others the importance of this and how it shapes us both physically and mentally.
In 2017, I graduated from the Hungarian University of Physical Education and Sport Sciences with a BSc in Recreation and Health Promotion and an MSc in Human Kinesiology. After that, I continued working at the university’s Department of Psychology as a researcher in the field of my thesis topic. In 2019, I earned a qualification from the IWI International Fitness School, followed by completing the Pre- and Rehabilitation Trainer foundation exam at the Almásy Movement Academy.
As a personal trainer, I’ve spent the past five years working on post-rehabilitation development for competitive and recreational athletes, and—thanks to my human kinesiology background—conducting functional assessments as well. As a trainer, I have also worked with clients dealing with lifestyle-related chronic conditions (type 2 diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, PCOS, endometriosis). Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to lead practical training sessions for medical students at Semmelweis University (SOTE) and to participate as a speaker at several scientific conferences.
I strive to provide a comprehensive training experience that prioritizes each client’s individual needs, with a main focus on prevention and maintaining full functional capacity of the body. Clients can work with both bodyweight and equipment-based training methods, offered in either individual or pair sessions.

Here, you’ll find a community where you’re allowed to slow down, arrive, and finally focus on yourself.
Here, movement isn’t an obligation but a source of renewal — and the community isn’t a crowd, but a supportive force that lifts you up.
A place where you can begin to bloom — both in body and in soul.
