I’m a consistent, energetic, and always smiling coach who believes that movement shapes not only the body but the mind as well. For me, training is the best tool for building confidence and creating balance.

Training has been part of my life since high school, and I’ve learned a tremendous amount over the years — including how many dead ends and misleading methods exist in the world of body shaping. I became a coach to help others avoid these pitfalls and reach their goals through an effective, sustainable path — with health, joy, and confidence.

I’ve been working as a group fitness instructor since 2020. Over the years, functional training and cross training have become my specialties, and I also completed a sports nutrition course so I can provide reliable guidance not only in movement but in conscious nutrition as well. My current passion is HYROX, which combines strength, endurance, and running — essentially everything that natural human movement patterns can offer.

My functional and strength-training classes are characterized by a dynamic, supportive, and upbeat atmosphere. The goal is always for everyone to progress safely but with meaningful challenge, at their own level. During training, I focus on fundamental movement patterns, proper technique, and gradual progression — all enriched with energetic music and a strong sense of community.
