free first consultation

During the first session, a 30-minute personal conversation helps us map out your goals — both short- and long-term. We discuss where you are now, where you want to get, how much time you have, and what your current life situation, physical condition, and mental state look like. In this meeting, you receive recommendations on the most suitable type of training for you and guidance on how to begin your journey. The purpose of the consultation is to clearly define your starting point and the next steps, giving you a solid foundation for progress.

Start Point (FMS) physical assessment

With this complex test, the condition of your coordination, conditioning abilities, and motor skills can also be assessed.
Based on the results of the assessments, targeted exercises (e.g., mobilizing, stabilizing, strengthening, etc.) can be used to correct poor movement patterns, reducing injury risk and improving overall movement quality. After the assessment, you receive immediate feedback using the evaluation sheet, covering deficiencies and the areas that need correction. Sportswear and indoor shoes are required for the assessment. It takes approximately 1 hour.

Pre- and postnatal personal training for moms
